Payment options

You can easily pay at our internet shop using a credit card. An automatically generated message will then be sent to your e-mail address to acknowledge receipt of your order. You may also pay by bank transfer, cheque or by Paypal.


  • All equipment orders within the EU qualify for free shipping. If accessories are purchased separately from equipment, shipping charge of €30 will apply.
  • We also provide free shipping to the following Western European countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco,, Norway and Switzerland. Shipping to Eastern European, Middle East, South America & Africa is €70. Orders for delivery to these areas may be shipped from outside the EU.
  • Delivery charges for all other countries depend on the destination.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any import duties (if applicable) on the product(s) purchased.
  • All shipping rates are only valid for parcels weighing up to 15Kgs.
  • Additional charges will be applied If the weight of a shipment exceeds 15Kgs.

Delivery time depends on the courier service and normally takes 4-6 business days.  


All Rigol equipment is supplied with a 3 year warranty

All othe warranties are covered by the Manufacturer. Warranty period is normally 1 year.  If any defect occurs, the user must return the product to the TekEquip Sales & Service Centre at the followin address:

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party.

Merchandise Return Policy

Goods purchased from us can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The goods should be returned in the original packaging and without any damage to hardware or software. All returned items are subject to a 6.5% restocking fee. The goods are shipped from the customer at his expense. The shipping & handling cost shall be deducted from the sum due for refund. Software products are not refundable.
TekEquip is currently unable to accept returns of merchandise without its original packaging and accessories or items for return postmarked by the sender any later than 30 days after the date of the original delivery.

Lost and damaged items
In the unlikely event that a product is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact us in writing as soon as possible. In the case of damage please retain the product and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours. In all cases you must contact us, in writing, within five working days.
